Winners of the fourth annual Hays NAWIC Excellence Awards have been celebrated as “stellar achievers who are adding their unique voices to New Zealand’s construction industry”. The awards honour the inspirational achievements women are making across New Zealand’s construction industry.
Joanne has extensive experience across the full range of residential projects, with expertise in accessible design and aged-care facilities. Her inclusive communication and collaboration style has been invaluable, especially when working with a number of non-profit and charitable-status clients.
She oversees all stages of the building process from master planning to initial design to project completion, collaborating with others as needed to solve complex briefs. For Joanne, what matters most is creating meaningful architecture that also improves people’s living environments. She is known for fostering strong collaborative relationships with clients, and delivering smart, successful solutions.
