Day For Us
We’re committed to having a healthy workplace, where we invest in the mental health and wellbeing of our work whānau. PCA has a number of initiatives that have helped build our workplace culture and encourage staff creativity. Our team's talents stretch far beyond architecture and design. We're also painters, photographers, digital artists, renderers, crafters, builders and so much more. Our “Day For Us” initiative, created three years ago, gives everybody an opportunity to pursue one of their passions or explore something new.
Everyone at PCA gets one day a year where we sketch, experiment, paint, plan, learn and create. This year we asked everyone to document their process from start to finish or simply just photograph what they got up to. Make sure to explore our activities below:
